SPD?

My child is ten years old and has started to refuse to wear clothes in the house and is very picky about what she wears outside, even down to socks being itchy. She has tantrums and bangs her head and bites herself. Another problem is at night time, she has to go to the toilet about twenty times until she is exhausted and finally falls asleep. She says it hurts if she doesnt go and get upset and annoyed that she has to keep going. She has had a kidney scan,all clear and been on antibiotics in case of urine infection we have been referred now to. A paediatrician and hope they can shed some light on it all. This sounds just like spd but the toilet problems is the only thing missing from the checklist. Can anyone help?
