SPD Survey

Hi there,

I am a mom of a young child with SPD. I am also a senior at Washington State University. My senior project is on SPD and the effects families feel because of the exclusion from the DSM. I have an anonymous 10 question survey that I would like to share with SPD parents, but I need help reaching them. I was wondering if you would be willing to share the survey link on your page? I don't want to exploit anyone or collect any personal information. I am just an SPD momma trying to complete my last requirements for graduation.
