SPD Friends?

Hello,

I am a 24 year old female with possible SPD.
Currently waiting to see my doctor about seeing an occupational therapist cause it was a recommendation from the physiotherapist that I see. Would be great to get to chat with some folks who have SPD and maybe we can discuss some symptoms and I can learn a bit more about it.

For the longest time I thought it was just anxiety thats what everyone would tell me, but now I'm starting to learn anxiety is likely my coping method, for an undiagnosed/underlying cause. /: My facebook is Cassandra Daft, if you message me please state that you are from this SPD site. Thank you. :)
