SPD child with Anxiety

Hello all. I have a 6 year old that has SPD, OCD, APD and Anxiety. She has a great OT, but the process is so slow with addressing her anxiety issues.
Her anxiety has escalated from what used to be primarily a fear of smoke detectors and balloons, to now a bunch of things from the air conditioning thermostat to not letting me go to the bathroom or take a shower with out leaving the door open to following me room to room.
Her pediatrician referred me to a psychologist. I don't believe this will help at this stage. She is 6 and almost never talks to adults. She won't even talk to her OT whom she has been going to since February. Her OT said we can work on some issues in therapy by shaking things up by taking her out of her comfort zone.
I spoke with my mom and we agree that psychologist is not a good idea right now because she won't share and the dr will probably just jump to conclusions about what might be her problem. Also, I spoke with OT about this and she said the problem is that if you don't have a "perfect" fit it will just create more anxiety for her.
My reason for contacting y'all is because I was wondering if anyone has had experience with anxiety issues and are there any tricks or supplements (NOT MEDS) or activities that may help her while they work on these things in OT?
Thanks.
