SPD and PCOS

My daughter has always had sensory issues, but they exploded when she started going through puberty at 9 years old. She has been diagnosed with an anxiety disorder as well since everything in her body started going haywire.
Last week she was diagnosed with PCOS. Has anyone else had this experience? Can PCOS affect sensory disorders? Everything was so sudden that it doesn't make sense that it wasn't triggered by something.
