Has anyone tried a GFCF diet with their SPD child? Have you found it effective?

Dietary Changes

Absolutely! Dietary changes have been the most effective way to manage my daughter's SPD. Being on a restricted diet makes food prep more challenging for me, but it is most definitely worth it! Going GF helped a lot, but we've gotten the best results from the GAPS diet:

We are trying it now
by: Anonymous

Hi,

We decided to try it now with our 3 year old. It has been a bit tough because he is a picky eater (likely partially due to SPD). It's been 4 days, and I think he is slightly better, but my better half isn't sure. I hear it takes a month to become fully GFCF.

I'm going to have the Food Allergy Testing done, but was wanting to know if anyone has had success with try the diet?
