Restless 3 yr old

I have a 3yr old who gets up in the middle of the night. i tried putting her to bed early she gets up around midnight to 1 am . I tried putting her to bed later and she does the same thing, and she doesn't just get up but she gets into stuff. i am at my wits end i dont know what else to do.
