Question with age

Hi. My son is 9 and has Sensory Processing Disorder and Language Delays. My question is his SPD seems to be getting more pronounced with age. We have tried OT and haven't found any success and with our insurance lapse we are unable to try chiropractic care and other outlets of relief. Please help with any advice..books, websites...
We have made a sensory happy house for him but school remains difficult and the mornings are a SPD heartache for us (his parents). What else can we do for him???
