He is a very picky eater and has developed aggressive behavior towards adults and children. What to do?

Try intermittent explosive disorder my son has it and it affects his socialization and his ability to control his anger outbursts

Our 5 year old has SPD and ADHD and we manage with everything except the aggression! we don't know what to do about him hitting/pushing/spitting/biting other children. He is very smart and understanding that its forbidden and every time he promise that its not goig to happen again, but it does! like he can't control himself.
he is not a violent boy!
nobody understand and the other parent angry and we are miserable because it affect him socially.
we did try a lot treatments without any results on this specifically.
any ideas ???
