How to treat a 10 yr old boy that throws temper tantrums, whines constantly, and back talks all the time even to adults and has a hard time getting along with his peers? He also needs to be told and watched to do everyday tasks that he as a 10 yr old boy should know how to do like brush his teeth and change his clothes? Even after hes told repeatedly he still acts this way and does these things, and yells back saying " he didnt do it".
