Neurosarcoidosis and SPD.

I'm 62yo in Pittsburgh,18 years diagnosed with Neurosarcoidosis,had over 14+ years vision, taste and smell lost, imbalance and nerve pain. Took various systemic meds and had cataracts removed.
Now hyper sensitive to light, sound, movement near me and problems reading, concentration,plus some emotional changes and avoidance.
Need help coping and living w sensory issues. Not sure this is SPD. Can Neuropschologist help ? If not, who? I have only found sensory programs for children. Thanks
