Help please

My friend's little boy has just turned 2. He was delivered by c section 2 weeks early as he wasn't growing. Was 5lb when born. He only eats certain food though i think it seems to be more the texture rather than type of food and will only drink from a bottle(only formula milk). He scratches himself constantly, loves playing with his own or any adults hair.




His sleep pattern is a disaster. He wakes up a lot during the night. His mum gives him a bottle to settle him which sometimes helps. He is not too fond of kisses and cuddles especially if he wakes during the night he just sits there crying. Suffers a lot from sore ears and throat and has a constant cough. He loves to watch tv.

I do think he has sensory issues but looking for more advice and what to do next and help please.
