Help my one year old is out of control

I know a one year old who bites her mother, my sister, and me her aunt. she also chews and bites random objects. when we say awwww she laughs and bites her self. Also she gets scared from loud noises to the point she hides and cries. She also has a hard time eating some foods like chips where she makes a painful face like it hurts. she doesn't like ice cream too cold or jello. she is very double jointed in both ankles. Is this something we should be worried about?
