Gagging, throwing up

how can a get my 2yr old to stop gagging herself and to quit making herself throw up? she will do this when we are in the car driving. She has also done this in the house with no warning.

My daughter does the same thing makes herself sick nd gag but she wont take a teething ring she just throws them what else helps im getting frustrated cause its multiple times a day nd especially in public its embarrassing what else can i try

I give her one when we are at home and it helps. But Im having more issues when we are out and in the van. thank you for your suggestion
