Did checklist, still totally lost

I was hoping for a "wrap-up" as many checklists have, such as if answered yes to certain questions then do....?

I still have no answers other than checking things I know and some are what I and others consider unusual and some are not. She is 9. She has grown out of some of the things-but I am very concerned. I have no insurance.

I may go the single mom medicaid route if need be, as this site states I will need to be very involved and I am single, 2 kids, zero help. I need answers. While this checklist was extensive, it doesn't do anything but love me feeling as if I've trailed off and now must pick from a variety of choices and I'm no more ahead than before.

Please offer guidance.
