Defiance and bad attitude

my son Brandon has Sensory processing and auditory sensory disorder and we have been attending therapy and taekwondo classes to get him to work on his motor skills issues, however, it has been lately that every time I take him to his class, he will turn totally jealous and very abusive. He calls me for no reason that I am an idiot or don't talk to me. It sounds that I am going through a behavioral tantrum and I feel so much anger that I really want to slap him. Is this related with frustrations? every time we are at Taekwondo and somebody enters the class he will look for me thinking that I am leavin him, this is exhausting to say the least, he was doing great with his coach but right know I feel I have a complacent jerk for a child help please
