Almost 8 year old girl with clothing issues

This issue has developed slowly over the last couple of months. First she wanted to sleep naked which we felt was ok. Now she does not want to get dressed when she is at home and is very particular about which clothes she wears to school and activities.
She is overly bright but extremely anxious. She will be 8 next month and has issues about going out when there's nothing planned. Even getting her to agree to go somewhere is an effort.
