6 year old girl

6 yr old girl all of a sudden, just tonight has started to repeat questions over and over. Is there any help for this?

My daughter is 3 and switches back and forth from verbal to non verbal. Sometimes, mostly at night when she is in sensory overload from the day she will do the same thing. It's like she is in a trance and will just start repeating a question or a phrase over and over which I admit at times makes me want to put my head through the wall but I can tell it's completely involuntary.

When it's a question I just stop answering after the 5th or 6th time. This is a minor issue for me because our nights consist of her doing a gymnastics routine on our bed for an average of 5 hours with someone usually getting kicked, landed on, or her flying off the bed. She has similar issues with other behaviors where she will just keep repeating a behavior.

My only advice is if becomes a consistent issue is to look for things in her daytime routine that might lead up to it.
