45 Years of Hell.

My name is Jason. Tomorrow I turn 45. I have been looking for the answers to a life of hellish tales. Everything from unexplained verbal responses or outbursts to feeling electrocuted when I hear the baseboards click on.

Years of feeling overwhelmed by noise, smell and clutter all the while being looked down upon for my reactions. Moments where I can hear everyone talking in a restaurant forcing me to go outside to shaking uncontrollably because of a variation in temperature between a summers day to a air conditioned house. Not knowing the cause, creates additional paranoia leading to depression and seclusion, financial problems.

More awareness is needed, I just stumbled on this because of the show Atypical. Being someone who Needs ear plugs and solitude to cope never in the past would I have considered my personality to be high functioning autistic with SPD.
