I was told I was ADD when I was growing up and now I find out my daughter has this.
Now I am finding out that many I didn't add after all and it is this. I think I still have it as adult too.I see alot of myself in this check list as i do my daughter too. Now I know what is going on and how can I deal with it.

Hi, i just want to share if anyone is experiencing the same. Since i was a kid i cannot sleep if i dont rub my feet on a rough texture fabric which i have
