I used to have anxiety/sensory issues until learned about Carbohydrate Intolerance and started eliminated refined sugars, processed grains and even highly glycemic fruits.




Currently, I limited my 100 carbs a day and feel so much better in so many ways. Less inflammation everywhere throughout my body including my diaphragm which impacts breathing.

These foods provoke create shallow breathing which in turns creates a perfect environment for many many diseases and disorders including the sensation that your "skin is crawling" or sensitive nerves. And thus a sensory disorder related to skin.
