Im 19 years old and i was mis diagnosed with ADHD I have SPD

They diagnosed me with ADHD when i was 6 and nothing would help. My aunt told me that i had many symptoms that were similar to sensory issues and i went to a Dr. and learned that i do. Its difficult not knowing why i acted like the way i did all these years and now i know. Many of the therapeutic toys like the sack works very well and im grateful for Dr's who know about this disorder.
