Constant crying every fortnight

My 8 yr autistic son has been crying constantly every fortnight. He cries for an entire week. Doesn't want to sleep. The doctors don't know what the problem is. This has been going on from April. Is there anyone that can help?

Hey I'm Andrew a 14 years old teen. I have Autism but I got diagnosed at age 13. Now I'm waiting for the therapy. It's very obvious that I have SPD too
