Autistic Female Adult With Nearly All Signs of SPD

I don't know how much is due to autism,and I am mixed with some areas hyper and some hypo.

Diagnosed with autism first as young child and again at 21, SPD was not even recognized then as a disorder.

I am currently in an excellent program http://www.autistrystudios.com, where I am finally getting compassionate and appropriate treatment for autism -no more 4 point restrainsts-and where I recently learned of the sensory diet and am trying it, with good results thus far.
