My 11 year olds attitude and his SPD. Hard to know the difference

Hi There. My son is 11 and has SPD. It is a mild case so,it is hard to decipher what's attitude or the SPD operating.
I want to be sensitive to him in the way I handle him but he is such a good manipulater it's hard to tell. He just started Occupational Therapy and I am hoping that helps. I hope you can help. Thank you! From a loving and concerned mom. 💖
