He ate the cup

Today, at a community event, my husband gave my little boy a nice styrofoam cup of lemonade. I watched him like a hawk as he sipped it, so that I would be nearby in the event of the inevitable spill. But he drank it neatly to my surprise. A few moments later, I looked down to see that he had also very efficiently eaten half the cup, at which point, I took it away and tossed it, wondering how many people had seen him do THAT!

When my son was three years old I took him to See's Candies. They usually give free samples as you come in and the lady at the counter gave him sucker......he grabbed the chocolate in his fist and ate the stick. My boy is now 8 and still prefers the stick. Consider it a fiber supplement.
