3 year old does not eat anything

My three years old kid has been diagnosed as autistic. He does not eat anything except taking milk. Whenever I try to feed him, he cries and runs away. I feel he does not like the food. He has no appreciation for food. he only tries to avoid it. Can anyone guide and help me.
