11 year old with anger outburtsts

My 11 year old boy have SPD- over development of hearing. He gets very aggressive when you use the word NO. The moment he does not get his way he starts to scream and shout that every ones hate him. He does not know why he is alive or even born. every one forces him to do things. And it does not matter what I say, he turns my words around to make me the quilty one.
Please say there are other parents experiencing this too.
